Ben Caldwell!!!! just kidding So Abbey looks good, there are a few things that need some attention. Again for some reason the left arm looks too long. Also the peice lacks fluidity, it's a bit jagged. Maybe some quick form lines would help that. Then pick the best most fluid line as your final one. I think the usage of an underdrawing would not only give the drawing a more dynamic look, but will also solidify a fluid design. For a pose based on an action figure, you did a good job translating it to a 2D drawing.
